MW Black Ops

The word is that modern warfare is coming out with a new game called “Black Ops” on November 9th of this year. The gaming is very similar to the other previous games that they created, but the people of Infinity ward ( the people who created the game) had left. So the new people behind Black Ops are now Treyarch. I’ve seen some clips from the trailer they put out to represent as their ad and I would say it’s pretty awesome but it’s just not the same.
The style of play seems similar and the weapons used are fake or make believe.  I don’t understand why the people of modern warfare chose to go this route. They are taking a risk of their own company. Another thing that I saw that I didn’t like was the game play where you bid money in a game and the winner gets the whole pot. If I were to pay to play then I would just never even think about buying the game.
What I liked the most from this game was the way you could change a character’s clothing. It’s a pretty creative feature to this game but you need to earn cash to buy these features. Another cool thing that I thought was interesting was that they changed the kill streaks rewards. The remote car with bomb seems pretty awesome!
If Black Ops doesn’t live up to its previous games, I wouldn’t be surprise if Treyarch gets fired. But the only way to find out is to play the game. Best way is to rent it, play it, and if you like it buy it. I’m pretty stoked about this new game. And I’m hoping it doesn’t disappoint me.

King James

You may know him by LB, The King, King James, or better yet LeBron James. Back in 09’ when LeBron James was still with the Cleveland Cavs, one of his biggest decisions was to decide to stick with the Cavs or sign with the Miami Heat. This was one of the biggest controversies on sports nation until he made his decision and signed with the Miami Heats.
With this decision I couldn’t point out why he decided to go this route. I wasn’t sure if LeBron had left Cleveland, would his fans jeopardize his income? But this was not a factor for LeBron. He actually made more money after he had signed with the Miami Heats.
Although you see LeBron James former fans burning up his Ex Caviler Jersey live on the news. This only made King James the talk of America. But with all the fame and money put into this game of basketball. I believe that LeBron James only did this to better his chances of getting a championship ring.
Like come on, they are ranked top in their section with two other NBA all-stars that include Dewayne Wade and Chris Bosh. With them three working together, they stack up stats beyond other teams. But they can only achieve this through teamwork. They can’t be selfish and only want to be the star player of the team. As preseason is over, I predict that Miami Heat will play against the Lakers for the final.

Naruto

Animation has been by far one of the greatest things that happend on television. It's the imaginations of our child hood from super heros to basically whatever you can think of. But what makes Naruto so intriging out of the other millions of animes? Why do I see kids to adults watching, collecting, and mimicing a made believe character?

I've been following up with this show ever since it came out. Right after the Dragon Ball series Naruto came out and I started to watch it not knowing how addicting this new anime was going to be. To those who don't know what Naruto is. Naruto is a boy who was born into a ninja world who trains very hard to become hokage (village leader) one day but there are bad guys who stand in his way that wants his secret powers.

For the past four years now. I kept up to date watching the show and reading the manga ahead. It's crazy because every week on Thursday nights. Those nights are when the new episodes come out including the mangas. No matter how busy I am or what I'm doing, I must have my Naruto or I'm just not satisfied.

I myself don't see that I'm crazy addicted like the other people I see. I've seen people dress, talk, and even act like Naruto, "Believe It!". Well, It's always good to have my thoughts on something else and keep my imaginations going. Without it, I wouldn't be like myself today.

Facebook

Facebook is a world wide online website that people use to interact with family and friends. It’s a commonly used online source for people ages ranging from as young as kids in middle school to old adults.  But how is it so addicting? Making it one of the most powerful online sites on the internet and having billions of people all over the world connecting onto one online source.
There was an episode that I had watched a while back on South Park, where they had the characters using Facebook. It was so hilarious and true about how certain people act towards using facebook. The part that made me think how realistic the show was towards real life was when cartman hesitated on adding and accepting friends.
The issue of Facebook becoming a world wide consumer is incredible. You can see it almost everywhere you go. But what makes Facebook so addicting? As I see it from the people I know who uses Facebook constantly updates their status. But what reason do you have to constantly post a new status every five minutes. It’s so insane how dumb and time wasting FaceBook is.
I myself use facebook but find it boring most of the time. It’s a great way to keep in touch with your friends and family but is a very wasteful time consumer. I’ve seen my girlfriend go at it one time when she played on the application Farmville. She sat on her bed for hours just waiting for her crops and cows to recharge and grow so that she could water and plant new crops. It’s absurd! People need to find better things to do with their time and life. Overall I give mad props to the dude who invented Facebook. It was probably the most profitable invention in my whole entire life.

Cartoons

Just the other day I was watching some cartoons with my nephew. I was devastated to see that these new cartoons were just awful. There were no action, fighting, argument, and that effectiveness to lure us to want to see the next episodes. To come and think about it, the only cartoons that keep me interested are the late night shows on cartoon network.
These shows like Futurama and Family guy are just classic examples of what funny and entertainment is. It’s a bit more for the mature older watchers but who cares they are great shows to watch. Going back to the basics like teenage ninja turtles and x men were some of the best cartoons. There were so much action pack scenes that draws the watchers attention and keeping them wanting to watch onto the next episodes.
I believe that the newer cartoons like Dora the explorer to like Disney channels have lost their touch to good television. It’s more about education and problem solving now. There’s no more fighting and action anymore. Cartoon has just become bland.
Overall cartoon now would never be the same as for tv in the past. There’s just too much restrictions and ratings on television. But if its better for the younger kids for their future. I guess it wouldn’t hurt for them to watch these boring shows.
